If a refund is owed to you, please contact the clinic directly as we do not have the access or authority to issue the refund.
Most of our clients solely use electronic invoicing through the secured patient portal. If you are requesting for a statement to be mailed, please send your request to billing@medicalrcm.net.
We allow all forms of credit cards (including HSA, FSA cards) online. See above for the most secured way to pay online. Alternatively, you can also pay in-office or mail a check to the clinic directly. Clinics also accepts money order. Please contact the clinic if you decide to pay them directly.
Yes, we can! We can verify your insurance and provide an estimate cost based on your coverage. However, these quotes are not guaranteed and subject to the terms of your benefit details upon the processing of your claims. We do our best to obtain the most up-to-date information for you.
